  Serious question – does wordpress have customer service, because it appears they make it as difficult as possible to actually reach a person….discuss!

  WordPress.com hosting gives support, yes. All about getting support is here. However, your site isn’t hosted at WordPress.com. If you post here, staff and other community members won’t be able to help. The support we can give won’t be relevant.

  If the site you need help with isn’t hosted on WordPress.com servers, then the forums at https://wordpress.org/support will be better for your question. Here’s a bit about the differences- https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org is free software, and they offer community supported forums also. If you post there, you’ll get help relevant to sites that use that software. Hope that helps to answer your question on getting help!
