  There is no phone support, but there is chat and email support for all the WordPress.com paid plans, including priority support (with weekend coverage) for the Business plan and eCommerce plan.

  If your site is on the WordPress.com Free plan, posting in this forum is the way you ask for help.

  If your site is not hosted on WordPress.com–I can’t tell without knowing your website address–the WordPress.org support forum is where you find help:
