  WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE?
  I will never use a company without customer service!

  Your company automatically renewed my subscription when I have a screen grab of today that shows it is not on automatic renewal and it is on the free version not the upgrade version. You have an unauthorized charge on my American Express account and you need to cancel it immediately.

  As you mentioned, your site manningassembly.wordpress.com is using a free plan and so there were no charges on your account.

  Either you have a different account with us with a paid subscription or the charge comes from another hosting company.

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
