  How do I contact wordpress customer service NOT ‘expert members’?

  I know you don’t want to hear from a WordPress.com member, but further details would help staff here to help you. What is the full address of your site? Is it hosted here at WordPress.com? Note that if you have a site here with a paid plan you’d be diverted to email or Live chat with staff rather than this forum which is where free sites receive assistance.
