I am curious about customer service. When signing up for WP, I was led to believe that Live Chat was an option. Yet I find that it is remarkably difficult to access. The email option is a busted flush as far as my experience goes, as the answers are poor and further emails are ignored. So I’m curious as to whether or not my experiences are commonplace, or do WP customer service just not like the cut of my jib?
