  WordPress does not offer phone support because many issues discussed require frequent reference to web links and code.

  However, if you have a paid plan, you’re eligible for direct assistance from a staff from WordPress Support. For users on a free plan, support is available here in WordPress.com public forums. You can find more details in this documentation.
