Customer service is nonexistent
-
I’ve tried several different ways to contact you. I’ve tried calling you. I got a phone number from the credit card company to try and call you. I tried emailing you. I tried reaching out to you on Facebook. I’m sending another message here. I don’t know this is the community forum. I doubt anyone from WordPress will actually read this. you have no customer service. You only supply customer service for paying customer. Well I was a paying customer until you stupidly refunded my entire account because I made a mistake and blocked a payment that I thought was fraudulent. I realize that was my error, but there’s no way to communicate with you to clear up the situation so now I’m at a loss… no website… no nothing and you guys won’t communicate with me. I don’t know what your problem is. I don’t know what you are thinking, this is not the way to do business you need to communicate with everybody not just paying customers. I mean this is absolutely ridiculous. What kind of model is this?
