Hi @starboardband ,
WordPress.com offers a few ways to get support, but no phone support. If you are on a paid plan, you could get live chat support or email support. If you are using their free plan, then these forums are the place to come to.
Help! Getting WordPress.com SupportWhat is the site you need help with?

I have a few sites that I designed under my wordpress login. Nothing is working now and the live sites I need to edit have disappeared, The actual sites are still active but I’m not able to get in to edit any of them and they don’t show up as though I have any sites at all. Any help with this?

Let’s see… This thread was started by user @starboardband , and the last reply came from @carmastersinc . These are two different logins…
If these two logins are operated by the same person, then it means you have created multiple WordPress accounts. Unless you have specifically added each account as editing/administrative members of your site, then you cannot login to your site with a wrong account, even if it is the same YOU trying to do so. Please confirm you are logged in under the original account the site was made with and that should fix your problem. (Again, if you could list the URLs of the sites you are having problems with, we might be able to help a bit better.)
If these two logins are operated by different people, then would @carmastersinc kindly start a new forum thread with your enquiry, please? That way we should be able to assist both of you better without getting confused part way. :-)
Let us know if this information helped! All the best.

Hi there,
Neither the starboardband nor the carmastersinc account owns any sites on WordPress.com.
Can you please provide the addresses of the sites you’re trying to access so we can accurately advise you?
Note that if these are self-hosted WordPress websites, the passwords for those sites have no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your sites’ databases on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.
You can see the password reset instructions for that version of WordPress at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/
For more help in that case, please post in https://wordpress.org/support/forums or contact your hosting provider instead.
