  There is no telephone support at WordPress.com. Livechat support and email with staff is available if you have an upgraded plan. If you have a free site (or no site at all yet) then this is the place to post your questions.

  Hi there,

  Is this in regards to renewing contactmpconsulting.com? I see that you had the business plan connected to it as well. Were you interested in renewing the entire plan? You do need a paid plan in order to use a mapping subscription, but it could be any paid plan, not necessarily the business plan.

  You should be able to purchase the mapping subscription here which will prompt you to purchase a plan.

  hi,
  we have a new domain name. is it possible to switch domain names and keep the content of the site? we’d prefer not recreating everything and rather not pay for 2 domains. any insight on how best to proceed?

  Yes, I recommend adding the 2nd domain well before the first expires. Set the new one to primary. Then remove the old domain after a while (or as soon as it expires.) The more overlap with both domains, the better. This gives search engines and site owners a chance to update any links pointing to you, so they won’t just break.
