  This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver WordPress.com support. There is no phone support here and we Volunteers do not provide support by email.

  Volunteers answer most questions posted into forum threads and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention. Please simply post exactly what you need help with.

  Note WordPress.com uses cookies to keep track of commenters so if someone makes a comment on your blog, the next time they come to your blog, unless they have cleared their cookies, WordPress.com will recognize them and complete the details for them. No one else will be able to view those details in comment boxes or in contact forms. The next person who comments will see blank fields. Commenters will not see each others details.

  Log out, clear your browser cache and cookies http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050 and visit the blog while not signed in to confirm what I posted.

  Note also the Admin [edit] link is only for your convenience and the convenience of your Editors if you have any only you and your editors can see it and use it while you are logged in.
