  i paid for a subscription for one year, but i forgot the name i put my account under, how can i access that information?

  Hi there!

  The easiest way would be to check your email where the receipt was sent to and then use that email address to log in. You can easily reset the password from https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword.

  If you can’t find that email, try looking for the transaction ID instead:
  https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id

  This will help you to fill out the Account Recovery form to regain access to the account:
