  I purchased the $94 package in May 2020, however, I cannot remember the email address at all. I want to create my website, but cannot access that information. I do have my bank statement with payment recorded. HELP!!!

  As you have a paid plan, you can use the Transaction ID to restore access at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  Thank you I retrieved my transaction ID from my bank statement, however, I do know my username/URL – nothing. According to the recovery form, I need that information. I can’t believe how difficult this has been to retrieve my login information, and let me be remised if I didn’t mention that how I wish that I wrote that information down somewhere – SMH!
