  I need to speak with a customer service representative. How do I do that????

  wordpress.om doesn’t offer personal support unless you have a paid wordpress.com plan Premium or higher on an annual base.
  As you don’t have a site on the wordpress.com, you can get help on this public forum.

  Can you tell us what you need help with? And also the URL of your website? The account you’re using to post here is less than a day old and doesn’t own any sites with us.

  Try the WordPress.com Reader (should be top left of your screen or https://wordpress.com/read) and search for a topic that interests you?
