  As well, there’s no free phone support for WordPress.com blogs, if you have one. Some of us do offer paid support as independent contractors, though.

  Neither one of those sites ie. the one linked to your username and the one linked to in the OP are being free hosted by wordpress.com. You are posting to the wrong support forum and we can’t help you here. You must post to http://wordpress.org/support/
