  Hi there. If you have one of the WordPress.com plans you have access to live chat. If you click on the blue and white question mark in the bottom right corner of the screen, and then click on contact us, you should find it.

  Otherwise, you can post your question here and one of the volunteers or staff will be able to help you out.
