There is no telephone support at WordPress.com. Livechat is available with a Personal plan or higher. If you have a free site then this is the place to ask your questions. If volunteers can’t help then a member of staff surely will.

Thank you all for your feedback. I truly appreciate it. I finally had a duh moment and googled the information I need. Next question. If I am using my terminology correctly my site has a widget in the right sidebar when links to my page posts are found. The links now work. Nevertheless, wordpress seems to want to place the post pages in alphabetical order. That is why I have included dates. Any idea how I control the order of the page posts in the widget? Thanks!

Once you have the widget opened up you can choose how to sort those pages. Click the drop down under
sort by:and you’ll see the different options.
