  The best way to get assistance with your WordPress.com website is to post at the Contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact/ That will always bring you to the highest level of support you’re eligible for under your current WordPress.com plan.

  If you need help with a site using the open source WordPress software, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
