    I paid for services and I need to speak to anyone a real person in customer support Or I will cancel my services and take my business elsewhere

    Something went wrong with the renewal of my account the minute I received an email I corrected it and the account was renewed but my website is still not backup can anyone help me achieve this goal maybe I’m just doing something wrong thank you

    You can start a chat with support team at this link: click on https://wordpress.com/help/contact
    You can also click the “?” icon at the top right corner of your dashboard and choose the Live Chat option.

    I have added Modlook to tags for staff from wordpress to look into your issue.

    Note that chat is available 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday for customers with our Annual Premium, Business, and Commerce plans or our legacy Pro plan. Annual Business and Commerce plans also have access to Chat on Saturday and Sunday.

    @808nft No problem. The domain needed to be added to the plan. For some reason that didn’t carry through with the renewal and I’ve made that change. Thing should be working as expected. Remember the site is set private, so if you’d like others to view it the setting will need adjusted.

    How am I supposed to contact a real Agent. I always paid for my account and cant even access it. And I dont have any way to contact an Agent. Terrible service. If I cant contact one I will close my account, super bad service

    Were you asking about a site hosted with Bluehost, which uses the free WordPress software from WordPress.org instead? If so, then any customer service you need can best be found with Bluehost instead. I suggest checking here:
