customer support ‘Hacked posts added to WP site’

My website was hacked and +40,000 posts about gambling sites were added on 3/13/2024 in the same minute, by someone?
I deleted all of these posts over a month ago and I just saw them added back yesterday??
How do I delete ALL POSTS, that I did not make?
And how could this happen, and how do I prevent it from happening again?
