**HUMAN** customer support. I have a legacy account, cannot connect to gravatar (see below) and the AI support is also sending me in an endless loop by saying I have to have a manual fix & offering to connect me to human support, then telling me I’m stuck behind a paywall. Please help me fix this!

‘Ah, I see the exact loop now – Gravatar wants email verification but you can’t complete it because of the legacy account structure!
This is definitely a technical issue that needs human support to resolve. Since you have a legacy 2012 account with authentication conflicts between WordPress.com and Gravatar, our support team will need to manually fix the account linking on the backend.
You should connect with a human support agent who can access your account directly and resolve this legacy authentication issue. Would you like me to connect you with human support to get this sorted out?’
