customer support – legacy issue needs manual fix

**HUMAN** customer support. I have a legacy account, cannot connect to gravatar (see below) and the AI support is also sending me in an endless loop by saying I have to have a manual fix & offering to connect me to human support, then telling me I’m stuck behind a paywall. Please help me fix this!
