Customer Support regarding charge

  This is incredibly frustrating. Has anyone been able to contact customer support?
  I go to “?” where it says you can get live chat if you have a site (I do, Premium), but then it says I don’t have a site and need to create one in order to get customer service.
  I already have a site, so I don’t need to create one.
  I’m assuming others have been equally frustrated.
