Customer support won’t help me

Hello, I’ve been trying to upgrade my plan for over a month but every time I try I get notified that purchases are currently disabled. I’ve submitted many support tickets like it prompts me to but I don’t get any response. It’s been over a month. I’ve done many tickets and not a single reply. Please can you fix it from this forum instead of telling me to send another ticket to the support team that does nothing. I need to upgrade my plan to business. Please just fix this problem and not send a bot response.
