Customer Unable to Complete Check Out

    Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips? This is the message from my customer.

    ‘The checkout area/cart populates my address in the ‘ship to a different address’ section. When I try to delete the information, the boxes get red outlines on them. All the boxes down below, where the payment options are picked, are light grey- I can’t change them at all. Even if I leave the ‘ship to a different address’ boxes filled (which means my billing and shipping addresses are both listed) the place where I choose the payment options still are light grey and I can’t proceed.’

    It sounds like you need help with the WooCommerce plugin but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.
