Customers are complaining they haven’t been issued a refund

Hi there,
We issued a refund for our event ‘don’t flinch’ and most people received their refund but a handful have not.
We are not able to check woo commerce on our dashboard as we took down the site and replaced it with a different site.
Stripe has provided us with confirmations for most of the refunded transactions but there are some missing orders.

Hey there, it sounds like maybe you want to put the admin side of the site back up until things are fully wrapped up, but the site dontflinch.ca was never hosted here with us.
Can you contact your host and ask them about restoring it? Then, you can just use a plugin to shut down the customer side of the site (a coming soon plugin would work; just change the text) while you retain access to do whatever fulfillment you need.
