Customers being charged after account has been cancelled.

    We are having issues where some, not all, of our customers are being charged after we cancel them in the system. We go into the user account in Restrict Content Pro, select Canceled in the drop down menu, and then click on the Update button. We receive the automated email that states the customer’s subscription has been canceled, but then, on the reoccurring date, the customer is again activated and charged. We are not sure how this is happening, and we know it is not happening to everyone -any solutions?!

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/ instead, or in this case, contact support for the subscription or membership plugin you’re using directly, as that forum can only help you with the core WordPress software itself.
