Customers can’t buy courses

Hi, I’m an admin to this site. A customer contacted me that they cannot access a few courses. I’ve spent hours but still cannot figure out where the issues are at. Could you please advise? THanks so much! Courses not working are: Discipline|Encouraging Wise Choices (both individual and group courses aren”t working) and Answering Questions Kids Ask (Group course) Thanks so much in advance!

Got it. This site isn’t hosted here with us, but can you contact support for the plugin you’re using to sell courses? That will be your best bet.
Going forward, these forums are primarily for sites that use our free tier hosting. Our paid managed hosting plans get direct support so long as you’re logged into the right account.
