After I create an account for my customers and they want to reset their password, they say it is just blank. I then send them a link or manually reset it with a temporary password and it is the same problem, blank. How do I fix this?

Hi there!
Can you let us know what the URL is of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
Looking at your past support threads, it looks like you have a self-hosted site connected to your WordPress.com account through the Jetpack plugin:
Is this the website? If so, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at GoDaddy.
We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.
You should reach out to GoDaddy for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this issue.
If you still have trouble or if GoDaddy is unable to help, please reach out to the WordPress community for guidance on how to troubleshoot this issue:

Thanks!

Ok I was not sure who I needed to contact.

Okay, thank you for confirming. As @staff-heroponriki mentioned, I would suggest reaching out to Go Daddy for assistance with this matter since the site is hosted with them. Here is where you can reach out to them:

Thanks!
