Customers not receiving order confirmation emails

  Hi,

  My customers are not receiving emails from my woo store.. I have downloaded WP mail logging plugin and it says the emails are being sent.. I know they are also not going into spam mail because when I try to make an order, I also do not receive any emails.. What could this be?

  I use smtp mail and nothing seems wrong. Please help :(
