Customisation doesn't work

  Hi there
  I recently bought a theme of wordpress and when i go to customise it it will just load a blank page.

  How would i go about fixing it and how to i get through to someone who can fix the problem?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can also find just about anything you want to know on YouTube. If you go beyond the WordPress.Com site, you want to make sure that what you are looking at applies to content hosted here at WordPress.Com, and not self-hosted (hosted somewhere besides WordPress.Com) blogs.

  Carmack is a nice theme – excellent choice. The setup page is https://wordpress.com/theme/carmack/setup and is a good place to start learning how to use your new theme.

  If you do not want to explore all the possibilities of your new theme, you might try a search for someone who will build your site for you. That is beyond the scope of the help available here in the WordPress.Com forums.
