  Hi. I can no longer afford to have my web gut make small changes so I am learning to update my website my self. I have a Post section pinned and a blog section pinned. I want to clone one of these to make a new section for recipes (and I am hoping to use the features available here – like ‘Print Recipe’ etc. I can not find the ‘customisation’ section? I can easily create a new page. Why can’t I easily create a new post? I would love assistance please.

  Let me note that this forum is dedicated to WordPress.com users who have hosted their websites on WordPress.com, while your website is using open source WordPress.org software and is not hosted on WordPress.com. I see it is selfhosted using Cloudflare as I can see here: https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=www.sagewellbeing.com.au
  Theme is also not created by WordPress.com, but by Elementor as I can see here: https://wpdetector.com/

  That said, there is not much help we can give you here on this forum.

  Instead, I suggest you to ask Elementor team for help: https://elementor.com/support/

  If that still does not help, you can ask the WordPress.org community for advice or look for solutions on existing forum threads:
