Customisation of the theme
-
I’ve bought a Veni theme. When I’m pressing the ‘customise theme’ button, I am forwarded to an absolutely white template (not Veni). How to access the Veni theme to customise it?

Hi there,
When you switch themes your demo content is not always loaded automatically. We can add it on our end (so your site is styled like the example site for Veni) but to do so we will need to delete any contents you have on your site.
Do you have anything you need to save before we delete and install the demo content in place of it?
Let us know if you are ready to proceed with demo content or if you have any questions.

Thank you!
Yes, please do it on your end. I don’t have any meaningful content in the basic template.Kind regards,
Maria -

Is it just that the customizer is not loading?
Could you try another browser?
Also, can you confirm which site you are working with? I see one here and its Customize page is working for me.

I’ve tried with another browser – the same result.
I’m pushing “customise” button for Veni theme and it leads me to some different standard design (not Veni). When I’m trying to change the pages from “about” to “contact” for example, the design turns white without any pictures at all.

Could you share a screenshot of that screen? That would help us understand exactly what you see on your end.
You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/) and paste the link into your reply. Also, which browsers have you tested this with?

Oh, but what you see is correct and expected. The layout is exactly the same as Veni, you just don’t have the same content as the demo site.
If you scroll down, you can see 3 featured pages:You can edit those pages from My Site>Site>Pages and add your own content.
Further down you can see the list of example posts – once you add your own posts, these will show up there.
You can also check the instructions on this page to learn more about setting up your theme:

Oh ok, I didn’t know it works this way in wordpress(
I thought by buying the theme I’m buying the basic content and then can adjust it.Thank you for the support.
