customisation page not loading

  I want to change my layout however when I try to customise the web page displays the following message:
  ‘Sorry, the customizing tools did not load correctly’.

  Every time I try to reload or refresh my page the same thing happens.

  Any idea how to fix this?

  Hi there,

  This could be a browser issue. Can you please check if the customization page works in a private/incognito window or in a different browser?

  Let us know if that works :)
