Customisation Problems

Hi I’m trying to customise my Ixion theme but it’s missing certain options such as featured content, adding a gravatar profile and social icon options. I know they were therebefore because I had them but they are now missing and it’s disrupting my blog. Please treat this as urgent, I recently moved my domain to bluehost and it’s completely messed everything up.

since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com (it is a site using the open-source WordPress software, from WordPress.org, but hosted with Bluehost), you’ll want to look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
