Customisation Upgrade

  I am trying to purchase the £20 customisation upgrade but everytime I click on the purchase to make it live link it takes me through to the upgrades page it only gives me the options for the free blog, premium and business?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m sorry but unless your username account was registered prior to September 1st, 2014 you cannot purchase that individual upgrade. Your account was registered on September 3rd, 2014 and that means must purchase either the Premium bundle or Business bundle of upgrades to get the custom design upgrade.
