  Hi, I am new to WordPress and I was wondering how can I change the font types on my page, I am using a free account is that possible? I can not seem to find the option to do so. Thank you very much. Kind Regards

  Yes, you can change font styles with a free plan. With some less recent themes, there are controls for this in the customizer. Lovecraft is one example.

  For the newer block-based themes, you will find the controls for customizing fonts under Global Styles:
