Customise and Edit Option not showing on the home page

  Hi

  I have been facing this problem for the past few days. The Customise, Edit and Stat option on the lower right corner and the other options after logging into my site are not showing in Chrome. I tried it on Edge, it is showing there but not on Chrome.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
