Customise issue or error

  hello i hope you can help me, I have been trying to edit my current theme in the customise option of the theme but continuously gives me an error. Could you please help me?
  my internet connection is fine as is the browser i am using. I use safari or firefox.

  This is the message i receive if i want to publish my customizations:-
  (Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple of seconds, and then try again.)
