Customise Not Working

  I want to customise my site (it’s suits theme) and I have chosen the background colours I want, and have saved the changes. However, when I click ‘view site’ the whole site is in the default colours rather than my customised ones. Why isn’t this working?

  If you’re in a the trial version of Customize you’ll have to click on “Exit the Preview” to get back to the free version before you can save customizations of the background and palette.

  Musicdoc1’s suggestion should do the trick. Here is where you can exit the preview to return to the default Customizer:
