Customise preview looks great but live site view is wrong.

Hi,
I’m using Lodestar theme to customize my website. When I work with ‘Customiser’ view, everything looks fine (panels, menus, etc.). But when I go to ‘View Site’, the website configuration is totally wrong.
I have no plugins installed and I’ve cleared the browser’s cache but still not fixing this issue.
Can you help me please?

Did you publish your changes at the Customize screen before viewing your site? Could you elaborate more on what elements are not displaying according to your expectation?
It’ll be helpful if you could let us know the steps you’ve done so we can have a look.
