Customised upgrade has been purchased but it does not work. Please help!

    Hi,
    Customised upgrade has been purchased but it does not work. It asked me to purchase the upgrade, instead of updating CSS. What is wrong?

    I don’t see any transactions on your account – did you try the purchase on a different account or user name?

    If not, we can try looking up by PayPal transaction ID number (we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it, though – and don’t post that number in the forums if you do happen to have it handy!)
