it’s been 2 days that I get the message ‘Sorry, the customising tools did not load correctly’ when I try to access the customising site. I’ve tried from different computers, but I get the same message over and over again. Thanks!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This could possibly be due to old browser version or poor internet connection maybe.
Can you please try clearing your browser cache. If still not working try using the incognito mode in chrome.Clearing cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
