  I’ve downloaded a theme but have no idea how to put the theme up onto my site, any idea how to?

  With a free site, like whitepeonyy.wordpress.com, you will pick your theme from our showcase that’s at https://wordpress.com/themes/

  It’s not possible to upload a custom third party theme unless you are running on our business plan. See here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  You won’t be able to use that downloaded theme on whitepeonyy.wordpress.com.
