Customising header code on for all pages

I want to edit the header code on my woocommerce pages.
I have a piece of code which adds a widget for disability compliance but, I can’t seem to find out how to edit the code. I have tried to add it via the shop widget option but it squashes my page to the left. I just want it to overlay the original page.
