Customising main navigation bar with Alto

  Hi,

  Would like to add and edit the main navigation bar using alto.
  I am surprised this level of customisation is not easily accessible.
  All blogs will have navigation specific to their needs, so I need to know how to change it from the generic “about” and “home”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
