Customising the background color of

  I am trying to change the background on our cart page when the user requests a shipping estimate. When the estimate is display the background is white event though the rest of the page is black. I am stuck. I have isolated the section to <div id=”shipping_type” style>. I am using Simple Custom CSS and running WooCommerce.
