Customising widgets in my theme customiser

  I am trying to edit published content (which I could do previously no worries) but now everytime I enter customiser, I am unable to click on the edit shortcuts to edit content (i.e. the little blue icon). It just will not click, it is like it is blocked? Please help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
