"Customiz" button now appears at bottom of my home page…

  It appears when I scroll up, disappears when I scroll down. For my view, it’s annoying.

  How can I turn it off?

  Hi there. That’s the new action bar that was launched yesterday. I’m afraid there’s no way to turn it off.
