  I am setting up a site using the “twenty-three” template. When I try to customize it, I see a message on the right on a black, vertical bar that reads, “Loading Design Tool…” but nothing loads and I am unable to do anything from the customization screen.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You use Twenty Twelve in that blog
