  I am not able to customize my site via the multitude of tutorials out there, including those provided by Workpres. I have a paid subscription and do not see how to live chat with anyone. I prefer to live speak with someone. At least, what is a reliable link to access live chat?

  If you have a paid plan you can access live chat as follows:

  When you are logged into WordPress.com, click on the blue and white ? icon in the lower right corner to access all of our Help resources. Then, click the ‘Contact Us’ button. Enter your question in the box under “How can we help?” and then press “Chat with us” to begin the chat session.

  Chat is currently available Monday – Friday 24 hours a day, with weekend support also available for Business subscribers. However, if all our Happiness Engineers are occupied, our system sends your message straight to our email so that we can help you out as soon as possible.
