  I am new to wordpress.com. I couldn’t able to customize my free theme.
  Why?? It showing me the message while I try to customize ‘Sorry, the customizing tools did not load correctly’

  Please solve it immediately.

  Hey!

  It sounds like there could be something going on with the particular browser. Can I have you try clearing your browser cache to see how that helps? https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  Does using a different browser make any difference in the loading of that page?
